No SUV on the road in Colorado would be safe without foglights for unpredictable weather. The terrain can be uncertain, so this 2012 Chevy Suburban offers Autotrac 4WD. The Autotrac active transfer case remains in 2WD mode until the system detects wheel slippage then automatically engages 4WD until traction is regained. This allows driver shift-on-the-fly capability from 2WD to 4WD at any speed using a control switch to the left of the steering wheel on the dashboard. For best gas mileage stay in 2WD mode until you encounter snow or icy roads, then switch to 4WD.

This SUV offers roof rack crossbars, a locking rear differential, heated outside mirrors, rear parking sensors, leather upholstery, tri-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable pedals, and remote vehicle starting for added comfort, safety, and ease of use.
