Colorado SUV Rentals makes every effort to make your rental experience a good one! That means we need you to agree to and fully understand the rules. Please read these policies and rental requirements before your reservation carefully.
- Due to COVID-19 we ask that all reservations be scheduled 24 hours in advance. We are currently open Monday-Sunday 8:00 am to 8:00pm.
- A deposit or full payment is required to secure date(s) and time for the rental.
- We must receive a copy of Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance within 24 hours of booking the vehicle.
- All drivers must be 21or older to operate any of my vehicles.
- Your license will be verified within 24 hours or prior to the start of your trip.
- Each driver must supply a current copy of full coverage insurance. This must show comprehensive and collision amounts.
- A copy of liability insurance will still be required for any incidents while the vehicle is in the renter’s possession.
- Before rental date a copy of the Driver’s License for the person(s) who will be driving the vehicle.
- $150.00 deposit or full payment will be required to secure date(s) and time.
- On the day of pickup a $500.00 pre-authorization hold will be placed on the Driver’s credit card for any incidentals while the vehicle is in their possession.
- If there is no reported damage, the vehicle is clean, and the fuel is at the same level it was when it was picked up, the deposit will be returned in 3-7 business days.
- Toll charges will be processed 7-14 days after your trip ends and will be submitted for payment on the credit card on file.
- All vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level when it left.
- Failure to return the vehicle at the proper fuel level will be charged $25.00 fee plus the cost of fuel. This will be taken out of the pre-authorization charge.
- SAVE $15.00 when purchasing Pre-Paid Post Trip Cleaning for $30.00. I HIGHLY recommend using this extra, it will save you time and money when returning SUVs at the end of your trip, especially if you are flying in/out of Denver or Colorado Springs airports.
- Please call 911 if you need any immediate medical assistance.
- Non-emergency situations, but need medical help, please dial 311.
- Make sure everyone is in a safe and secure area away from any danger.
- In the case of a breakdown, call Colorado SUV Rentals or the phone number given to you when the vehicle was picked up.
- Please do not abandon the vehicle at any time. We will make sure to meet you as soon as possible.
- All cancellations must happen 24 hours in advance to receive full refund.
- Colorado SUV Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservation/rental to any customer we deemed uninsured, under-insured or otherwise unable to operate the car in a safe and legal manner.
- Colorado SUV Rentals has the right to cancel or change the vehicle reserved at any time, for any reason. We will do our best to communicate changes to the vehicle reserved at our earliest possible convenience before the start of your trip.

- You are 100% responsible for the care and safety of the vehicle and its occupants. You are personally and financially responsible for any and all damages or injuries to the vehicle, its occupants or property whether covered by your insurance or not.
- US RESIDENTS: You are required to show or valid US driver’s license and proof of full coverage automobile insurance prior to picking up the car.
- You will be responsible for any towing costs should the vehicle get stuck off-road.
- The vehicle cannot be used to transport passengers or cargo for hire.
- You must inform us if the vehicle is to be used for commercial use including TV/movie production or commercial photography.
- We reserve the right to approve the vehicle for such usage.
- There is no smoking in the vehicle.
- The vehicle will be delivered to you washed & vacuumed. It needs to be returned in similar condition. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if the car needs to be washed upon return.
- The renter is not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while driving the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if we feel that the renter is not able to drive the vehicle.
- Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when picked up.
